Born on June 19, 1984, in Leuc, Alberta, Canada, Kaitlyn Bristowe learned dancing from her mother who was a ballerina. Her parents got divorced when she was a child, but her mother remarried in 2014. She graduated from the Leduc Composite High School and moved to the US for a dance scholarship.

A dancer by profession, she is also a model and a singer and has made an appearance in a music video by The Buried Life in the single It’s a Love Song.

The Canadian-American dance instructor and television personality Kaitlyn Bristowe has assets worth of $3,500,000.

Kaitlyn Bristowe is a television personality best known for her wry and inappropriate sense of humor. The blue-eyed beauty has been gaining media attention for her appearance on the show The Bachelorette. This would mean that she will be looking forward to several more roles in television while also focusing on the movie industry later.

Best known today for her appearance in The Bachelor‘s 19th season, she was ranked third in the competition out of 30 females to find love with Chris Soules. She also featured in the 11th season of The Bachelorette alongside Britt Nilsson where the bachelors were asked to vote which of the ladies would make a better wife. In the end, the guys voted that Kaitlyn was the right bachelorette.

Four weeks into the show, Kaitlyn ran into season 10 contestant Nick Viall and made the decision to allow him to join the bachelors. In the end, it came down to making a pick between Nick Viall and Shawn Booth. But since she knew from the very first night that Shawn was the one, she said yes when he proposed.

Though Kaitlyn’s 3.5-carat engagement ring is reportedly not the biggest in the show’s history, at $150,000, it is the most expensive ring in The Bachelorette history.

Personal Life 

Kaitlyn and Shawn got engaged on the set of the Bachelorette in May 2015. It has been one very long engagement, but it looks like they are not planning to go all out and have a big wedding.

When pressed to give details about the upcoming nuptials and what we should expect, they hinted that it may be a secret wedding which will most likely hold in Vegas. But from what we gather, it will certainly be a destination wedding even though they are not in a rush.

The couple are one of the very few who have not broken up after the show. They celebrated their years of engagement and seem to still be every inch as in love as they were when it all started. However, they have been plagued with break up rumors as many believe they are just holding on for the sake of publicity. While they have incessantly denied these speculations, Bristowe recently admitted that she did not sign up for the reality show to find love, instead, she merely wanted to build her brand.

Speaking to Ted x Vancouver, Bristowe confessed that meeting Booth was just one of the bonuses of being on “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette.” She explained that she wanted to be honest to her fans and admitted that she wanted to widen her influence. Bristowe, however, was quick to add that she did not do it to get famous.

What Is She Doing After The Bachelorette and Breakup With Shawn Booth?

Kaitlyn is set to make her debut on Broadway hosting the show  “Home For the Holidays, Live on Broadway” which will run from November 17 to December at the August Wilson Theatre.

As at 2015, Kaitlyn Bristowe’s earnings stood at $100,000. However, since after she became a couple with Shawn, their combined financial standing has really skyrocketed. As a power couple that is well-loved, Kaitlyn and Shawn have been really careful not to rock the boat. It has been estimated that the couple makes $15,000 for each endorsement that they post on Instagram and Twitter.

The Bachelorette was also nominated for Teen Choice Award for Choice TV. This fueled her popularity. Her social

Kaitlyn Bristowe Will Be Hosting the Next ‘Bachelorette’ Season With Tayshia Adams

ABC confirmed in March 2021 that Kaitlyn Bristow and Tayshia Adams, who are both former Bachelorettes, will co-host the Bachelorette next season.

According to the media giant; “Chris Harrison will not be hosting the next season of The Bachelorette,”  “We support Chris in the work that he is committed to doing. In his absence, former Bachelorettes Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will support the new Bachelorette through next season. As we continue the dialogue around achieving greater equity and inclusion within The Bachelor franchise, we are dedicated to improving the BIPOC representation of our crew, including among the executive producer ranks. These are important steps in effecting fundamental change so that our franchise is a celebration of love that is reflective of our world.”

Kaitlyn also confirmed the statement that she will co-host the TV show with Tayshia in an Instagram post in March 2021. It was a black-and-white video of her dancing with Tayshia.
