She also appeared in the show, In the House, playing one of the show’s main characters, Tonia Harris between 1995 and 1998. Kim Wayans was born on the 16th of October, 1961 in New York City as one of the ten children that make up The Wayans Family. She is the fourth child born to parents Howell Stouten Wayans and Elvira Alethia, a middle-class family that resided in Harlem, New York City.
