Top 10 Best Fun Drinking Games For 2 People Or More

Drinking can be a great way to loosen up and enhance the enjoyment of parties and gatherings, but playing a drinking game can make things even more exciting. We’ve listed the top 10 drinking games that are often played by the Brits at parties. Each one mixes fun and competition in with a healthy dose of intoxication. It doesn’t necessarily have to be beer or alcohol, It can be juice, milk, soft drink and so forth.

10. Beer Pong

Beer Pong is probably the most famous of all drinking games. That is because it’s simple, fun and effective. The rules for Beer Pong are flexible, but the basic concept is to bounce ping-pong balls into your opponent’s beer cup, forcing them to drink the contents. The side forced to drink all of their beer first loses. In order to play beer pong, you’ll need some cups of beer, a ping pong ball, and a table. it is played by arranging cups of beer on either side of the table as if you are setting up bowling pins, it is best played with either two people or two teams of two and will require at least six cups on both sides. With each team alternating turns, the competitors will try to get the ping pong ball into the other team’s cups, if they succeed, they must drink that cup, the cup is then removed while the rest are re-arranged so they are close to one another. When all the cups from the other side have all been cleared, the team that clears them wins

9. Quarters

Quarters is a little similar to Beer Pong, but you replace balls with quarters and cups with shot glasses. This is an individual, rather than a team game. Players at opposite ends of the table try to bounce a quarter into a shot glass. When they do, they are allowed to pass the glass on to the next person. If they fail to achieve this before having a shot glass passed to them, they have to drink from the beer in the middle of the table. It is a mindless game that requires a considerable degree of coordination. If any of the players are fortunate enough to make three bounces in a row, this player can make a new rule in for the game, it could be anything that ranges from:

“Can’t point with your fingers” “Can’t say drink, drank, or drunk” “No proper names.”  and if any rule is broken during the course of play, the violator subsequently “consumes some beverage.”

7. Cheat

This is commonly known as Cheat in the UK or Bull Shit in the US. The drinking game version of cheat is exactly the same as the betting one, but you drink instead of losing money. The objective of this game is to be the first player to lose all their cards. Each player starts with a cup and four dice. Players take turns proclaiming how many of a certain number they have rolled during a particular round. Each player must go higher than the previous player or call out a bluff. Whoever loses each round has to drink. In this game, all kinds of cheating are permitted including hiding cards, creeping in more cards than you announce, but the idea is to cheat without getting noticed as all of these violations are punishable, if you are caught, and of course, you must pick up all the cards.

Then place an empty cup into the jug so that it floats on the beer. Each player then pours a little bit of beer into the cup. The person to cause the cup to sink has to drink the entire cup. This is great for large or small groups.

5. Pyramid

This card game involves the ability of a player to tell if another player is lying about their cards. Each player is given four cards to start the game. The dealer then makes a five-row pyramid of cards, starting with five cards at the bottom row and one at the top. The cards are then flipped one at a time. After each flip, a player can claim to have the same card in their hand and force the other players to take the number of sips that equal the value of the card. If a player is called out on a bluff, they have to take twice as many sips.

Power Hour

This game is not for the light or inexperienced drinker. The rules for this are simple. Take a shot of beer every minute for an hour. This may not sound like a lot of beer, but by the end of the hour, most people will have had at least five bottles. This is more than enough to make most people quite drunk.

Flip It or Sip It

This game is very simple. Form a circle of three or more people with at least one coin. The player with the coin flips it into the air and calls out heads or tails. If they are wrong, they have to sip and pass to the left. If they are right, they can pass to the right.

The Political Debate

This is a great way to mix politics and drinking during the election season. Unlike many other drinking games, this is non-competitive. Before the debate begins, make a list of inane phrases or words that you think the candidates are likely to say even if they shouldn’t. Anytime a candidate says this word or phrase during the debate, you take a drink.

The Movie Drinking Game

This game is similar to the political debate game but can be played all year long. The game is very adaptable and can be catered to film fans of all different tastes. The primary goal is to establish a set of rules before the movie, and therefore the drinking begins. For example, in an intense action movie, you can decide to drink every time someone dies or there is a huge explosion.
