Tiffany Brissette happens to be one of the latter but she didn’t take a bow without making a statement as an actress. She was just two years old when her mother nudged her to the direction of the showbiz industry. Subsequently, Tiffany entered many pageants for kids and took part in talent competitions. Apparently, this strategy paid off as she was soon noticed and given roles in films and commercials.

The movie star made her acting debut in 1982 when she played the role of a voice actor in the 1982 movie A Woman Called Golda. She made her first film appearance in Marco Polo, an NBC miniseries in the same year. After that, she played Little Shirley in Jonathan Kaplan’s biographical film Heart Like a Wheel in 1983. The following year, Tiffany played the role of a voice actor in Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure.

Career Breakthrough and Retirement

The actress got her big break when she joined the cast of sci-fi sitcom Small Wonder in 1985. Her excellent role as Vicki the Robot was able to shoot her into the limelight and also brought her attention from top filmmakers in Hollywood. She also got award nominations for a Young Artist Award in different categories. The series lasted for four years but was later canceled in 1989. Tiffany also guest-starred in other films such as New Love American Style, Fox’s Fun House, and The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin until 1990.

In the early nineties, Tiffany Brissette portrayed the role of Katie Rogan in the ABC series Equal Justice. She starred alongside Barry Miller, Kathleen Lloyd, and James Wilder, among others. Still, in the same year, she also appeared in Beanpole and Why Christmas Trees Aren’t Perfect. In 1991, after portraying the role of Annie Ricker in Parker Lewis Can’t Lose, Tiffany disappeared from the TV screens. Her disappearance raised eyebrows; nevertheless, her fans were left to wonder in their speculations. However, it was later confirmed that the actress had retired from acting and went back to college to acquire her bachelor’s degree.

After her retirement from acting in 1991, Tiffany followed another passion of hers and started working as a registered nurse in Colorado, USA. Before then, she studied Psychology at Westmont College in Santa Barbara California.

Her background in psychology connected her to a lot of children and young adults while she worked as a counselor in the San Diego area. During this time, she still didn’t find enough satisfaction in her career and thus, she moved to Boulder, Colorado, and began studying for a second degree, this time in Nursing. She also took a job as a nanny while studying in Colorado. After her graduation, she went on to acquire a nursing degree and has been working as a registered nurse since 2007.

Tiffany is also an experimental dancer and loves horseback riding.
