She was the only child born to her parents and considering both parents’ careers in the sciences, a career in a similar field would have been expected of Teri Hatcher. But it was not to be.

She played the role between 1993 and 1997 across 87 episodes. She also made an appearance as Paris Carver in Tomorrow Never Dies, Sidra in Seinfeld, Dani Payson in The Cool Surface and a few more.
