Now known as Noah Lee, the American actress is best recognised for her role as a child actress in films like Hannah Lost Her Smile, and This Is My Friend, while she was still a girl. Who Is Stella Ritter?
Outside her profession, Stella is also known as the daughter of two American celebrities – John and Amy Ritter. She was born on September 11, 1998, in Burbank, California, U.S. Stella was raised by her single mother after her father John passed away. She has managed to conceal information about her childhood and education despite being a public figure. However, some sources have revealed that she studied Economics as a major in college. Stella holds an American nationality and her ethnicity is white.
As per her acting career, the actress’ interest in the performing arts isn’t that surprising following her family background in the entertainment sector. Starting her acting career at the age of nine, Stella debuted in a 2007 film This Is My Friend which also starred actors and actresses like Matthew Rhys, Tom Hanks, and Chris Cooper. Her next screen role was in 2012 when she acted in the movie, The Namazu. The movie was followed by a 2013 short comedy titled Hannah Lost Her Smile. Even though she’s taken a hiatus from acting since then, the star is believed to have garnered quite a lot from her acting career. Her father John who passed away on September 11, 2003, was a popular actor and comedian whose role as Jack Tripper in the 1977–1984 American sitcom, Three’s company cannot be easily forgotten. He is also remembered for his roles in the success of over a hundred films and television series. John Ritter suffered from an aortic dissection while rehearsing for a sitcom comedy TV, 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter but before his death, he was honoured with three awards – Golden Globe Awards, People’s Choice Awards and Emmy Awards for his roles in Three’s Company and Hooperman.
Stella’s mother Amy Marie Yasbeck is also a popular actress best known for playing Casey Chappel Davenport in the 1990-1997 aired sitcom Wings. Stella’s parents met in 1996 for the first time while on the set for the 1990 comedy, Problem Child.
Stella has three half-siblings – Jason Ritter, Carly Ritter, and Tyler Ritter, who have careers in acting, as well as singing and songwriting. Her grandparents are Dorothy Fay and Tex Ritter.

Stella’s Transition To Male
Stella, who was born a girl, took a shocking decision to transition to male on her eighteenth birthday, in 2017. With support from her family, the child actress took the bold step towards becoming a ‘he’ after which she had her name changed from Stella Ritter to Noah Lee Ritter. Since she transgendered, she kept herself away from the public. Even her social media account has been set on private mode, protecting it from the public view.
As per her personal life, she is yet to reveal any information about her love life. The LGBTQ member is also yet to reveal if she likes men or women. Currently, she is assumed to be more engrossed in her acting career.
