Her ethnicity is German and she has both America and German citizenships. Details of Sandra’s early education are not known but she holds a degree in advertising from the University of Florida.

Sandra grew up in a well-do-to family and being the only child, she was spoiled in a positive way. She received expensive toys on her birthday and she got to tour with her parents, Jan and Alexandra Gal to different golf resorts in Europe for vacation. It was this exposure that motivated 5-year-old Sandra to start golfing and thankfully, her dad took her on the training.

In 2008, before graduating from the university, Sandra made history by qualifying to enter as a full-time golf player on the LPGA Tour. This meant leaving the college game though it couldn’t stop her from finishing her studies.

As a pro golfer, Sandra Gal struggled during her early stage in LPGA tournament, recording two career-low rounds of 64. Her best finish was at the 2009 LPGA Corning Classic where she came 5th.
