However, he moved to be a real estate agent and started working for Nest Seekers International, a fast-growing real estate firm in New York. He was ranked as the #15th most successful real estate broker in NYC in 2012 by The Real Deal Magazine, having sold over $100 million worth of property.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t afford to pay cash or use other cards, so he sheepishly left despite a line of people behind him starring. After the considerable embarrassment that made him cry, he made up his mind to change his future.

Inside Ryan Serhant’s Personal Life
Ryan Serhant met the love of his life Emilia Becharakis, a Greek-American author and real estate agent at a Greek Jewish party in New York. Serhant had planned to meet a client at the event, but little did he know the party would yield so much more for him than money.
As a woman with great beauty herself, Becharakis did not look anywhere near bad at the party, but she still couldn’t believe the stunning man that walked in could be single. Serhant had a confident and witty charm about him that attracted his future wife to him.
Against her initial assumption, the man wasn’t attached at the time and so began their love story. This was in 2011. Three years in, Ryan Serhant colluded with the Mayor and 50 officers of the NYPD to propose to Emilia in Times Square New York, and she said yes.
On July 7, 2016, the couple wedded. Their wedding was a lavish affair planned by celebrity planner Kevin Lee who also organized the weddings of A-list celebrities like Brad Pitt. It took place at Corfu Island in the Bride’s home country—Greece.
As a traditional woman who grew up in a small Greek village called Mani, culture is very important to Emilia. And realizing how important his wife’s heritage is to her, Serhant converted to Greek Orthodox Christianity in solidarity.
After about three years of blissful marriage, the couple welcomed their first child, Zena Serhant in February 2019.

The couple has several things in common besides just beauty; for one, they are both fitness enthusiasts.
