Kathryn’s Relationship And Marriage To Rush Limbaugh
Before Rush Limbaugh met Katheryn Adams, he has been married three times, all of which ended in a divorce. This significant failure in marital choices caused Rush to swear off marriage commitments in his romantic relationships going forward, but as the conservation radio host would come to learn, his affection for Kathryn Adams would be much greater than his resolution.
Kathryn Adams Limbaugh and Rush Limbaugh met in 2004 while Katheryn, who was working for the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee, was performing her role as a party planner in one of the many events she organized at the time. The 2004 event which was Gary Player’s Charity Tournament resulted in Kathryn calling up the name of Rush Limbaugh during the roll call of celebrities present at the event.
It was the first official meeting between the couple and it did not end there. Following their interaction at the event, Kathryn and Rush maintained their interactions but did not become romantically involved with each other until June 2007. This was due to the fact that Limbaugh and his third wife, Marta Fitzgerald, were still married at the time. They, however, eventually parted ways later in 2004, after being married for ten years. Even after they became a pair in 2007, Kathryn and her man decided to keep things quiet for months but later made their relationship public when they attended a fundraiser that took place in Miami as a couple.
Being a public personality, Rush Limbaugh and his girlfriend continued to attend several social events together, including significant ones like the White House Christmas Party. While several people found their relationship interesting, particularly because of the age difference between the couple which is 26 years, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh revelled in it as she publicly admitted to having an attraction to older men. According to her, because she grew up differently from most of her mates, she’s sometimes not able to relate to an average person her age.
As a dating couple, Kathryn Adams Limbaugh was by Rush’s side while he recuperated from an illness that left him largely deaf in one ear. But that notwithstanding, Kathryn remained committed to her relationship with Rush.
Their commitment to each other eventually took them to the altar on the 5th of June, 2010 after three years of dating.
They got married in Florida with a grand reception held at Breakers Hotel and considering the caliber of men and women to be present at the ceremony, the hotel reportedly had to staff an additional 50 security guards. The grand marriage in celebration of love saw big personalities like Sean Hannity and Rudy Giuliani in attendance along with Elton John who provided the music for the night at a reduced cost of $1 million (£690,000).
Speculations are Rife That Kathryn Cheated on Rush
Everything seemed to be going on well with Kathryn and her husband until their relationship ran into trouble seven years later when allegations of infidelity by Kathryn Adams Limbaugh hit the tabloids. It was reported that she used Rush’s private plane to travel and meet with her lovers, who were men she was older than, including athletes as well as a married man.
As expected, talks of a divorce between the couple began to swirl in the air, and Rush Limbaugh strongly considered it but the absence of a prenuptial agreement between him and his wife caused him to soft-pedal due to fear of a public battle that could destroy his reputation. While the couple maintained their status as husband and wife, they were believed to be on the outs with Kathryn Adams Limbaugh was no longer living in the family’s Florida mansion but instead with her mother in New York.
