The Canadian journalist Julie Stewart Binks is a Queen’s University graduate where she earned two bachelors degrees viz Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and Bachelor of Arts (Drama). She was born in Toronto, Ontario, on April 30, 1987. Her mother Georgie Binks was a journalist who worked as a news reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation while her father is known as Canada’s former Olympic rower. Although not much is known about her early years, she appears to be a well informed young woman. She also revealed that she was a competitive figure skater from the young age of four.
Prior to Julie’s years at the Queen’s University, she was a student at Havergal College also in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where she was an active track and field runner as well as a hockey player.
