Although we do not yet have the exact amount she paid for the building, it is said to be rented for $1,400 a night and for at least 4 nights at a go. That is surely because the property is located in one of the most serene surroundings you can ever find.
But this is not to say that the actress’s taste is nearly always for the bygone days. She made news headlines in 2011 when she bought a Beverly Hills estate property at the cost of $16.9 million. The property consists of a 7-bedroom house on a 753 square meters (0.19 acres) of lush green vegetation. She also owns a three-bedroom house in Los Angeles. The building which cost her $1.5 million is in the same neighborhoods with very high-brow The Chateau Marmont Hotel. Many famous stars are also said to reside there.
Now, if you thought we have told you Sandra Bullock’s biggest real estate spends so far, you are in for a surprise: she is one of the owners of the highly esteemed Sierra Towers in West Hollywood. She has acquired two units within the edifice at the combined cost of $16.5 million. There are more upscale real estate deals that have Sandra’s name to them but these ones are for illustration.
Sandra Bullock Spends on Cars Also
It is obvious that, next to real estate, another obsession with Sandra Bullock is cars. She owns a fleet of cars that some critics claim is nothing close to what is expected of the actress but which is nonetheless an expensive collection. The fleet includes a Mercedes GL 550, an Audi A6, and a Toyota Prius. We have not been able to get the exact figures as to what the actress spent on each of the cars, but here are the prevailing prices of each of the cars in the market: The prices we found for used Mercedes GL550 range between $37,998 and $42,998 while the price for a brand new unit of the SUV is capped at $95,750. As for Audi A6 which is ranked 7th among luxury midsize cars, we found $58,900 for a brand new unit. As for a Toyota Prius, its brand new prices range between $23,770 and $32,200.

Sandra Bullock Spends Her Millions Donating to Charities
Sandra Bullock has been reported to have donated over $6 million to Red Cross alone to assist in various relief efforts. But she does not like to seek attention for those donations. For instance, she was one of the celebs who donated funds to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas in 2017. Earlier, she had donated $1 million each during such national and foreign disasters as the 9/11 Attacks, Indonesia’s tsunami (2004), Hurricane Katrina (2005), Japan’s earthquake and tsunami (2011).
