Grace Phipps is an American actress who is regarded in many quarters to be one of the highly talented celebrities in the USA. This is because she is not only good at acting, she is also very good at singing and has, in fact, recorded songs that have caught some attention. Grace Phipps is also a dancer who has won several fans for herself over the years with her hard work.

Grace Phipps was born on the 4th day of May in the year 1992. The actress and singer was born in Austin, the capital city of the US state of Texas. However, according to sources, she was raised for some time by her parents in Boerne, another city in Texas after the family moved there when she was still little. She would later move with her family to San Antonio, still in Texas where she spent the remaining part of her childhood days.

Her father has been identified as Gil Phipps and her mother’s name has been given as Kate Phipps. Grace is not the only child of her parents; she has one brother called Liam Phipps with whom she grew up and they are both very fond of each other.

Grace has always wanted to be an actress and started from quite early to chase after her dreams. In fact, while in San Antonio, she attended Robert E. Lee High School’s North East School of the Arts where she made sure that she majored in musical theater. She became very good at acting right there in high school, and took parts in various theatre performances, becoming quite popular among the other students. In 2010, she emerged winner of the Las Casas Performing Arts Scholarship Competition. It was the same year that she graduated from high school. Grace graduated summa cum laude.

Following her graduation, she went in pursuit of a career in acting where she has made quite a name for herself already. The actress is now a student of Columbia University where she is combining acting with her studies.

While still in high school, Grace Phipps was noticed and signed by a Los Angeles agent after he saw her acting as Rizzo on stage during a theater production of the musical Grease. So, in 2011, after she graduated from high school, Grace consequently moved to Los Angles to pursue acting. Just 7 days later, she landed her first film role after she was cast as spunky Bee in Fright Night, a horror/comedy movie. Fright Night was a remake of a 1985 comedy horror film of the same name. Grace’s role in the movie made her very popular among young people. That same year, she was cast in The Nine Lives of Chloe King, an American supernatural drama TV series in which she played Amy Tiffany Martin.

The next year in 2012, Grace was cast as April Young in The Vampire Diaries, a supernatural teen drama series. The series made Grace even more popular especially among young Americans who considered her some kind of hero.

2013 was a busy year for Grace. First, she appeared as Zoe in The Signal, a short film, then proceeded to feature in Baby Daddy, an American sitcom in which she played the recurrent role of Megan. That same year, she was cast to play the role of Lela in Teen Beach Movie, a Disney Channel Original movie which got her a lot of recognition. Her performance was termed by many as ‘thrilling’. Grace rounded up 2013 with appearances in Supernatural, a dark fantasy TV series. In 2014, she appeared as Brandy Braxton in Austin & Ally, a comedy series.

Just like 2013, 2015 was one of the busiest years for Grace Phipps as far as her acting is concerned. It was also one of her best years in the industry. The actress scored roles in three independent movies, namely; Dark Summer, a supernatural horror film, Some Kind of Hate, another horror film and Tales of Halloween, a horror-comedy film. That same year, she scored roles in three TV series, namely; Hawaii Five-0, an action police procedural TV series, CSI: Cyber, another police procedural series, and Scream Queens, a comedy/horror series. She also featured in Teen Beach 2, another Disney Channel original movie in which she played Lela.

In 2019, Grace was cast as Maggie Mae in Lost Weekend, a short film. She also appeared as Sgt. Lilly in Z Nation, an action/horror/comedy/drama series.
