Chrishell Stause was born Terrina Chrishell Stause on the 21st of July, 1981 in Draffenville, Kentucky. Her name Chrishell is a portmanteau of Chris and Shell. As the story goes, her mother, whose identity is not known, chose to create the unique name following a series of events on the day of her birth. She reportedly went into labor at a Shell gas station and the attendant who helped her call for help was named Chris.
Details about Chrishell’s early life are few and far between. It is not clear where she received her high school education, however, it is known that she did go-ahead to attend Murray State University where she completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater in 2003.
