Brandi and her husband ended their marriage of about a decade and a half after Padilla filed for divorce in 2018, citing irreconcilable differences. What We Gathered About Their Divorce Settlements
In July 2019, it emerged that Garnett was ordered by a court to pay the sum of $100,000 to Brandi every month. The sum includes spousal and child support but is regarded as temporary before the permanent agreement is reached.
Brandi had initially asked for $46,000 per month in child support and $146,000 in spousal support. There’s also a request of $300,000 to take care of her legal fees. Subsequently, her request for the $300,000 was granted with an additional $225,000.
Garnett is still fighting to cancel any spousal support for Brandi whom he said signed a prenup before they got married. Brandi, on the other hand, said the terms of the prenup were never upheld by the baller, thus, it wasn’t valid anymore.
Both Brandi and Garnett have not been romantically linked to anyone since their divorce.
