Who Is Blake Lively’s Husband
Blake Lively’s husband, just like her, is in the acting sector of Hollywood but unlike his wife who only acts, he is also into screenwriting, production of films, and is equally a comedian. Born Ryan Rodney Reynolds on October 23, 1976, Blake’s ‘Mr. Right’ is the youngest of the four sons born to James Chester “Jim” Reynolds and Tamara Lee “Tammy” Reynolds (née Stewart), a retail salesperson.
The actor born in Vancouver, British Columbia has Canadian-American nationality; he is of Irish descent and was raised in the Catholic faith. Ryan is a former student of Kitsilano Secondary School in Vancouver from where he graduated in 1994 before moving on to Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met for the first time in 2010 on the set of Green Lantern in which they both starred. By October of the following year, a report on Hollyscoop revealed that the duo was in a relationship and in line with the information, the couple tied the knot in 2012. Before then, they had already gotten engaged secretly.
Although the actors, being celebrities, live their lives in the spotlight, they chose to get married in private with just 60 guests in attendance, including Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel, and America Ferrera, all Blake’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants costars. For the ceremony, which took place at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, the bride wore cloudlike silk tulle gown by Marchesa and a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes while her husband was dressed in a Burberry suit.

He began a relationship with Alanis Morissette, a Canadian singer in 2002 and in June 2004, they announced that they were engaged. As fans of the entertainers waited to receive news of their wedding date, they were shocked with the announcement made by representatives of both parties, revealing that the duo had reached a mutual agreement to call off their engagement.
