Ashton Kutcher was born on February 7, 1978, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Like most Hollywood actors, Ashton developed a passion for acting during his high school days at ClearCreek Amana High School, participating actively in school plays.
He is a twin and they are not identical in any way apart from the fact that they are both males. His twin, Michael Kutcher was born with a condition – cerebral palsy – which is due to irreversible neurological deficiencies.
Ashton attended college at the University of Iowa where he hoped to major in biochemical engineering with the aim of finding a cure for his brother’s heart disease. Michael is now grown and is married to Katie Hightower, who he married in February 2014.
