It is the biggest role she has had since she made her professional debut in 2010 in the film, Eros, 17 years after she was born on the 26th of June, 1993. It has been a progressive rise to the top since the debut.

The actress was born in New York, in The Bronx, a fact she feels proud about. Very little else is known about her background, such as details about her parents or the existence of siblings. We only know that her mother is named Joan Scott. As for her education, if she always wanted to be an actress, it certainly did not reflect in her academic history as she studied Chemistry in college at Stony Brook University after she graduated high school.

Regardless of what her initial path may have been, Antoinette made her first appearance on television in 2010, in a short film titled Eros. Although she was an unnamed character in the film, it was a necessary step towards becoming a famed actress.

Antoinette Robertson followed her debut up with another appearance in a short film in 2011, Alterations, this time as a named character, Brandy. In the same year, she appeared in her first feature-length film, Bittersweets where she played the character, Emily.

Having made her footprint in both mediums, it was now time for more regular appearances for Antoinette and she achieved it in Hart of Dixie where she played Lynly Hayes from 2013-2014. She was on the show for a total of 10 episodes. After she secured her first recurring role, television became a primary medium of appearance for Antoinette Robertson and over the next couple of years, she appeared in a few other shows, Mary + Jane, Atlanta, The Haves and the Have Nots where she appeared between 2014 and 2017 in a total of 24 episodes before she was cast as Colandrea Conners aka Coco in Dear White People.
