Anna and Pawan dated for two years, a time during which they were involved in a live-in relationship. They subsequently welcomed their first child together before making their relationship official after exchanging marital vows in an Indian traditional wedding. The marriage took place in Erragadda, Hyderabad, India, in September 2013 even though at that time the actor was still legally married to his second wife, Renu Desai.

She got married to Pawan Kalyan in January 2009 but the marriage lasted for only two years before they signed divorce papers in 2011. Divorce proceedings were eventually finalized in the following year.

Anna Lezhneva and her husband Pawan have been blessed with two children. As mentioned above, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Polina Anjana Pawanova before they exchanged marital vows. In October 2017, they welcomed their second child, a son named Mark Shankar Pawanovich.
In addition to these two, Anna’s husband has two other children from his previous marriages. In 2004, his first son Akira Nandan was born to him and his second wife Renu. The pair later welcomed another child, a daughter named Aadhya Konidala who was born in 2010. Following their divorce, both kids moved to live with their mother who has physical custody of them. Additionally, Anna Lezhneva’s husband has served as a brand ambassador of Pepsi and JEEVAN DAAN. As a well-respected personality in India, he has constantly been honored with invitations to speak at several social events. This includes the 18th International Children’s Film Festival in India held in the year 2013 and the 14th edition of India Conference in 2017 which took place at the Harvard University in America. Pawan also serves as the founder of the Common Man Protection Force (CMPF), a charitable trust that supports citizens of the states of Telangana, Andhra, and Pradesh, who are financially incapacitated.
In 2008, Pawan made his entry into Indian politics after becoming the president of the youth wing of the Praja Rajyam Party known as Yuvarajyam. He, however, took a brief leave from politics citing his discontent over his brother Chiranjeevi’s decision to form a new party and leave Praja Rajyam which he started. Pawan later founded his own political party known as Jana Sena with which he unsuccessfully contested for a seat in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in the 2019 elections.
